No Mandate Found?

If you come across ‘No Mandate Found’ please use this email link and fill in the relevant details; we will sort this for you. 

Before contacting us we just need you to check one more thing. 
Log into your Directli Account and double check that the customer has an existing active mandate. You can check this by going to the Payments and Mandates Tab, and search all Mandates.
If you cannot locate your customer on this page, please check the Pending Mandates Tab.

If there are multiple accounts with ‘No Mandate Found’ please send a CSV File.
